To me, this interesting watch is Chopard’s version of the highly beloved Breitling Aerospace timepieces. A rare breed of accepted quartz movement watches in a world of mechanical movements. Instead of targeting flight by Breitling with the Aerospace, Chopard is going after auto racing (as usual) with the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique Time Attack MF. One thing that separates quartz watches such as this is the fact that they are COSC Chronometer certified quartz movements. Such certification is different for quartz versus mechanical movements (more accuracy needed for quartz).
